More Flooding Issues Ahead

Hello! We are now really coming into spring full ahead with showers and thunderstorms littering the forecast this week. Previous rains have caused lots of flooding around the region and the ground is still saturated. The next few days will all likely feature some sort of precipitation for the most of us, however, most of the heavier stuff will be isolated. Lets take a look at what we are dealing with here.

Today we will see off and on sunshine along with the occasional rain shower. Highs will range between 72-76 degrees. A stronger wave of energy will work its way into the area tonight and may bring a shot of heavy rain to the region. Here’s what the future radar shows:

The main energy stays in the southern parts of the state. Once we get into the heating of the day tomorrow, more showers and storms will begin to pop up. The storms tomorrow will be more scattered in nature compared to some of the previous systems we’ve seen. I’ll keep you updated as more info comes in.
